League of Gods: Leizhenzi

The film follows Xia Ding, a general's son, who survives a barbarian invasion and grows up in Taiping Town. As he fights against the evil dragon and wolf, he learns that he is the chosen one by the God of Thunder. After a tragic turn involving his lover, Ah Li, Xia Ding transforms into a stone figurine, only to be reborn 100 years later as Lei Zhenzi, who possesses the power of thunder and lightning.
