Legend of Plumeria

The film follows Emiko Hayasaka, a young woman living in Hawaii who has an arranged marriage with Akira Kuniyoshi. Despite her parents' enthusiasm for the match, Emiko is hesitant about marrying Akira. Her life takes a turn during a summer vacation in Japan when she is saved from an attack by Shinji Terao, a windsurfing enthusiast.
