Live Hard

The story follows Chul, Seop, and Deok-kyu, who are desperate to perform live, but face numerous obstacles even to be on a club stage. Im-jae, the band's leader, is known for his erratic behavior, often disappearing when needed. Deok-kyu, who earns a living through rap, dreams of playing the blues, despite the dwindling interest in that genre.

As the year comes to a close, the band seeks a breakthrough through a live club audition, hoping for a chance to showcase their talent. The film captures the varied realities faced by these musicians, offering a glimpse into their ambitions, struggles, and the world of live performance. The use of black and white film adds a unique aesthetic that complements the music-driven narrative.
