The film follows Charlie Thompson, an ex-gangster who returns to London following the tragic death of his nephew Danny. Charlie believes that Danny's death is linked to the same ruthless individuals responsible for his brother George's demise years earlier. Determined to take matters into his own hands, he reconnects with former associates to settle old scores and protect his remaining nephew, Frankie, the last of the Thompson bloodline.

As Charlie navigates his old world, he discovers that much has changed during his time away. The crime landscape he once knew has evolved, presenting new challenges and obstacles. With tensions rising and past rivalries coming to the forefront, Charlie must confront his own limitations in this gritty tale of revenge and redemption.
