The story follows Billy Lozano, who, despite living in his dream house, feels like a failure after his latest business venture collapses. In his late thirties, he spends his days caring for his son and his wife's dog, grappling with his sense of purpose.

Billy's life takes a turn when he meets Monica, an ex-fan of his former band 'Equinoccio.' Living across the street, she inspires him to reignite his artistic career and confront his feelings of inadequacy.
