Love Between the Raindrops

The film follows cobbler Vincenc Bursik, portrayed by Vladimír Menšík, as he relocates his family from the countryside to the city in the years leading up to World War II. Faced with the loss of his wife and the collapse of his shoe business, Vincenc's life takes a further turn when his daughter leaves to live with a wealthy businessman. Left with his two sons, the family navigates their new urban life, spending time in a secret garden while vying for the attention of a teenage girl.
