Lovely Mary

The film centers on Mary Lane and her cousin Claiborne, who seek to sell inherited land. Real-estate agent Roland Manning falls in love with Mary while trying to broker a profitable deal. However, the plot thickens when land speculator Wade Dempster schemes to get Claiborne drunk in order to swindle him out of the property.
