Léto s Evženem

Set in a small town, Léto s Evženem follows the journey of three friends: František, a doctor; Oskar, the local museum director; and Robert, a physical education teacher. Their mission is to revive a summer camp that a storm has destroyed, and they have just fourteen days to make it happen. The stakes rise when they discover that the camp's location, a meadow near Tramberk Castle, is under the watch of the quirky caretaker Evžen, who wants to avoid tourists at all costs.

As the friends navigate this challenge, they must also contend with the pressure from Kudláková from the Heritage Preservation Department. She threatens Evžen with a competition for a new caretaker if he fails to attract three thousand visitors in two weeks. Evžen reluctantly agrees to allow the camp to proceed, provided that František and his friends help boost visitor numbers. The comedic tension escalates further when František's dislike for the new teacher, Lenka, complicates their efforts. This light-hearted film showcases the dynamics of friendship and the humorous obstacles that can arise in community efforts.
