Lunatic

The film centers on Akimoto, an alcoholic writer, and Yumiko, a former actress, who encounter Koichi, a gay drug dealer, and his younger brother Yuji, a castrated man. They all flee Tokyo and seek refuge in Koichi and Yuji's childhood hideout. As they attempt to create a new life together, the dynamics of their relationships become increasingly complicated.

Yumiko develops feelings for Yuji, but their relationship is strained by his inability to provide physical intimacy. This leads Yuji to request Koichi to hold Yumiko in his place, igniting jealousy and tension among the group.
