Luvrgrl

The story follows a teenage girl who experiences a nervous breakdown at 16, leading to her admission to a mental hospital. After the loss of her mother to an unspecified illness, she is eventually released by her father at 18 and sent to college.

At college, she enrolls in an abnormal psychology class that focuses on sexual addiction. Throughout the film, she navigates her inner turmoil through a series of sexual encounters, marked by angst and moments of partial nudity. Her mother’s spirit appears to her in visions, providing both scolding and reflection on her choices as she struggles with her identity and past.
