Maki'la

Maki'la follows the story of Maki, a 19-year-old woman who has been living on the streets and is married to Mbingazor, the leader of a gang. Frustrated with the gang's lifestyle of drug use and aimlessness, Maki seeks to change her circumstances. When she meets Acha, a newcomer to Kinshasa, they embark on a journey that challenges their survival and tests their relationship with Mbingazor.
