The story follows Budi, an autistic individual, as he navigates life with his family in Jakarta. He is determined to fulfill a promise to buy new clothes for his children, Ratih and Iyan, if they can fast for a full month during Ramadan. However, circumstances take a turn when a car accident involving a wealthy man complicates their situation.

As Eid approaches, the family's struggles intensify when Iyan falls ill with dengue fever and requires treatment at a health foundation. Despite the hardships, Budi remains hopeful and takes a job as a construction worker to support his family. His unwavering belief in keeping his promise drives the narrative, illustrating the challenges and sacrifices made for loved ones during trying times.
