Manticore is a pretty intriguing blend of drama and thriller that really gets into the psyche of its characters. Julián, the protagonist, is burdened by a dark secret that looms over him like a shadow. The atmosphere is tense, almost claustrophobic at times, and you can feel the weight of his guilt and the struggle for redemption. Then enters Diana, whose presence shifts the entire dynamic—there's this push and pull in their interactions that feels very real. The pacing is deliberate, allowing you to soak in the emotional weight while still keeping you on edge. Carlos Vermut's direction adds this layer of depth, and the performances are raw and compelling. It's definitely a film that lingers in your mind after watching.
