Mararía

The story centers on Fermín, a Basque doctor played by Carmelo Gómez, who arrives on the island of Lanzarote and encounters Mararía, portrayed by Goya Toledo. Their silent romance is disrupted by the arrival of Beltrahn, an Englishman played by Iain Glen, who captures Mararía's affection.
