The story centers on Stipan, a policeman sent to the island to uncover the source of mysterious phenomena that have alarmed the local residents. Initially, he faces resistance from the island's inhabitants, but he soon discovers that they believe the ghost of Tito is haunting them.

The plot thickens as Luka, the mayor, sees an opportunity to capitalize on the situation by creating a Tito-themed amusement park.
