Melody

In Melody, the protagonist teaches music at a center for children battling cancer. As the autumn party approaches, the thirty children request a unique composition based on the sounds of thirty different birds. To fulfill this request, Melody returns to her home village to record the birdsong, accompanied by Mango, the mute caretaker of her family home.

The narrative unfolds as they discover only 20 birds, leading them to seek out the village's old singer, who possesses knowledge of the remaining birds. However, their search is complicated by the presence of bird hunters who have driven the singer away. This journey intertwines the themes of nature, music, and community, creating a poignant story.
