Melting Away

The story revolves around Shlomo, who discovers women's clothing in his son Assaf's room, leading to a tense confrontation. Four years later, as Shlomo battles cancer, his wife Gallia seeks help from an investigation agency to find Assaf.

Assaf, now living as Anna, performs as a transgender singer in a Tel Aviv nightclub. Their paths cross again when Anna becomes Shlomo's nurse, bringing a mix of emotions and unresolved family issues to the forefront. The film navigates complex themes of identity, acceptance, and the bonds of family against the backdrop of personal challenges.
