The film follows Marisa, a 38-year-old woman who recounts a peculiar story to her daughter while navigating a level crossing in Madrid. The plot thickens as Jaime, an anthropologist, finds himself pursued by a mysterious jeep. Seeking refuge, he takes shelter in a small motel, where he begins to document his experiences in a personal diary, providing insight into his reflections and observations.
