Model Lust is an interesting peek into the darker corners of the modeling world. It follows Ariel, who’s got that classic fresh-faced innocence, and she dives headfirst into the Hollywood scene. The film does a pretty good job of capturing the surreal atmosphere – one moment you’re at a dazzling party, and the next, you're caught in a whirlwind of chaos. There’s a definitely unsettling edge to it, especially as Ariel gets tangled up following a photographer with some dubious motives. The pacing can feel a bit uneven at times, but that just adds to the raw energy. Performances are decent, especially from the lead, who does well in showcasing that blend of naivety and ambition. It’s a unique take on the industry.
