Mon voisin du dessus

The film follows Claire Letellier, a head of a pharmaceutical company, who is ready to take the next step in her life after accepting her boyfriend André's marriage proposal. She plans to reclaim the maid's room above her apartment to create a duplex. However, her plans are thwarted by her current tenant, Alain Gareda, an eccentric designer who refuses to leave the space. This leads to escalating tension and a series of comedic exchanges as Claire and Alain navigate their conflicting desires.
