Mosaïque

Mosaïque is a 90-minute variety show that highlights music groups from immigrant communities in France. It serves as a platform for showcasing the rich cultural heritage of the African and Maghreb diasporas, featuring performances by notable artists such as Tewfik Farès, Youssou N'Dour, and Isabelle Adjani.

The show aired every Sunday morning and included reports on the countries of origin of the immigrant communities, fostering a better understanding among the French population. Despite its cultural significance, Mosaïque struggled for funding from public television due to its targeted audience focus.

The program was created by the ONPCI (Office National de Promotion Culturelle des Immigrés) and received support from the Ministry of Labor, emphasizing its commitment to promoting cultural diversity and integration through music and storytelling.
