Mother and Son

The narrative follows Grisha, who leaves home without his mother’s consent to join a group of pioneers in the virgin lands. As he faces the challenges of his new environment, Grisha rises to a leadership role within the brigade. Meanwhile, his mother, Pelageya Maksimovna, arrives to bring him back but ends up finding a new purpose in cooking for the young pioneers, forming a strong connection with them.
