Mukoubuchi 4: High Stakes Mahjong Legend – Mahjong Parlor Killer

The film follows a pair of Kansai-region mahjong hustlers as they scam players in Tokyo's local parlors using clever cheating techniques. Their scheme takes a turn when one victim, Yasunaga Ban, played by pro-wrestler Nobuhiko Takada, seeks revenge and challenges them to a high-stakes match, only to face defeat.

Just when the situation seems dire, a mysterious figure known as “The Outsider” enters the fray. Kai, portrayed by Yoshihiko Hakamada, quickly identifies the hustlers' tricks and defeats them decisively. However, the stakes rise even further when a powerful figure from Kansai, Katsuta, arrives in Tokyo, setting the stage for an escalating conflict that promises tension and intrigue.
