Set two years after the events of the first OAV, Yumemi is now facing the challenges of middle school while still holding onto her ability to see the world above. The film explores her journey as she navigates her responsibilities and the looming war that threatens her world.

In this installment, Gaz sends Munto back to Earth to find the "Girl of Destiny" to help save Heaven from destruction. Yumemi's confrontation with her unique vision of the world brings her closer to understanding her purpose.
