In Musíme se sejít, four friends—Karel, Filip, Pupík, and Caprio—reunite at a pub to reminisce about their childhood experiences at the Bambus camp. Driven by nostalgia, they plan a biking trip back to the camp, aiming to relive the best years of their lives. Each character brings their own life changes to the journey, including Karel, who has recently left the army, and Filip, who has quit his medical career.

As they embark on this trip, Karel unexpectedly finds himself responsible for his reluctant teenage son, Jura.
