Naked Beneath the Water

The story follows Pelle, whose brother has been missing for a month. When he receives a mysterious phone call directing him to watch a reality show called Public Enemy Number One, he discovers a disturbing episode featuring a brutal chainsaw murder filmed in his brother's apartment.
