Nan shao yi

The film follows the story of a famous courtesan who admires an actor and visits him daily, bringing him support and soup. Their relationship deepens, but the actor's heartlessness leads to a tragic conclusion when the courtesan takes her own life. In the aftermath, the actor, filled with regret, rows along the river, burning reminders of their love in a desperate attempt at redemption.
