Neighbour No. 13

The story follows Juzo Murasaki, a young man haunted by his experiences of bullying. Returning to his hometown, he takes a job where he encounters Toru Akai, his former bully. However, Juzo's trauma manifests in a second personality known as Neighbor No. 13, who becomes a vengeful force against his tormentor.
