Nian

Set in Hujiazhuang Village, Nian follows Luo Chuan, a lion dance enthusiast determined to revive the lion dance culture. His antics, however, brand him as a troublesome presence among the villagers. The story takes a twist when the Monster Nian accidentally enters the human world and steals the village's lion head, a significant heirloom.

As Luo Chuan seeks to reclaim the lion head, he meets Axi, the Immortal Mouse, who has come to confront the Monster Nian. Together, they uncover the truth that Nian, rather than being a threat, is capable of friendship. The plot thickens when the village head, Hu, falls under the influence of the Spirit-Devouring Demon, leading Luo Chuan and Axi to unite the villagers in a battle against this new menace, ultimately restoring harmony and understanding in the village.
