Night's End has this undeniable tension that creeps in slowly, really captures that sense of isolation. The main character is a classic anxious shut-in, and the apartment feels like a character itself, these tight spaces amplifying the dread. The pacing is interesting, it takes its time building up, but when it hits, it hits hard. The exorcism part gets gnarly, with some solid practical effects that reminded me of older horror flicks. Performances are pretty strong, especially when the stranger enters the picture; there's this unsettling chemistry that really drives the horror home. It’s not your typical jump scare fest, more of a psychological descent into darkness, which I found refreshing.
Unique exploration of isolation themes.Effective use of practical effects enhances realism.Pacing builds a slow, creeping dread throughout.
