Ninja Operation 3: Licensed to Terminate

In this film, the Black Ninja Empire operates without regard for justice, engaging in corruption and violence. The narrative follows a savior known as the Prince of Justice, who is destined to protect humanity from this malevolence. His protector, the Golden Ninja, faces off against the Empire as they brutalize innocent victims in their search for the Prince.

Ninja Operation 3 presents a Hong Kong cut and paste edit of the 1981 Taiwanese film The Daredevil, also known as Desperado. While the original film forms the backbone of the story, new ninja scenes were added to enhance the action and narrative.
