Niște băieți grozavi

The film follows Tudor, a farm team-leader who faces an accusation of failure in harvesting. Frustrated with the judgment against him, he leaves his farm for a new village where he takes on a job as an ordinary worker. Initially, he struggles with the strict leadership of Mihai, but soon realizes the importance of discipline in overcoming challenges.

As Tudor adapts to his new environment, he forms friendships with his coworkers, known as the "Swell Guys" or "băieți grozavi". This camaraderie becomes a pivotal aspect of his journey, allowing him to reflect on his past mistakes and grow as an individual.
