No Time for Dreaming

The story follows Merle, an 11-year-old girl who struggles with daydreaming and poor academic performance. After facing expulsion from high school due to her grades, her concerned mother, Kathrin, seeks the help of a psychologist who diagnoses Merle with Attention-Deficit Disorder. However, her parents are hesitant to pursue medication and instead choose to support her through their own efforts.

As the narrative unfolds, the family's tensions rise. Merle's struggles with ADD begin to strain her parents' marriage and threaten the stability of their home life.
