No Where, Now Here

The story follows Ferdi, an ethnic Turk managing guest houses and apartments in Ljubljana, Slovenia. His prosperous life, fueled by the tourism boom, is complicated by his infidelity, which strains his marriage to Nurdan. Despite her loyalty and his Islamic faith, Ferdi continuously pursues single women visiting his properties.

As tensions rise, Nurdan confronts Ferdi about his behavior, leading her to leave him. This pivotal moment prompts Ferdi to reflect on his actions and the significance of Nurdan in his life. Determined to reconcile, he embarks on a journey back to her hometown in Macedonia. The film poses the question of whether Ferdi can repair their fractured relationship or if Nurdan has already moved on from their marriage.
