Nobap

The film follows the lives of eight kids who dream of playing football but face financial constraints. Living in a remote village in Manipur, they improvise by using a pomelo, known locally as Nobap, as their makeshift ball. Their fortunes change when Thambou, a kind-hearted jeep driver, collaborates with his friend Thanou to provide them with a proper leather football, helping the boys compete in a seven-a-side tournament.

Interwoven with the main storyline are humorous romantic subplots featuring Thambou and Thaja, as well as Thanou and Thoibi. This combination of sports and romance adds a unique flavor to the film, making it relatable and entertaining. Nobap not only highlights the passion of children for football but also showcases the importance of community support in overcoming challenges.
