Non-ko

In Non-ko, Nobuko, who went by the stage name 'Nonko', faces the realities of life after her unsuccessful attempts at becoming a popular actress in Tokyo. At the age of thirty-five, she finds herself back at her family's Shinto shrine, grappling with her past and present. Her family dynamics are complex, featuring a father consumed by anger and a mother attempting to soothe tensions.
