The film centers on Ratih, an innocent and honest woman married to Hartomo, who does not see her as his true partner and leaves her in search of a new life. As Hartomo pursues a new adventure in Jakarta, Ratih and her mother-in-law follow him, leading to a confrontation with Hartomo’s choices and Ratih’s journey of personal growth.

Throughout her trials, Ratih evolves into a wise woman, ultimately facing a significant decision between returning to Hartomo or accepting Mulyono, who genuinely loves her.
