The story follows Blanca, a whimsical and excessive woman who made significant life choices two decades apart. Initially, she married Salvador, a mechanic, to escape poverty and fulfill her dream of a better life. Twenty years later, she decides to update her old wedding furniture to match the style of 1955, reflecting her desire for change.

As the narrative unfolds, an anonymous gift of a new TV surprises the family, along with a mysterious card for Blanca. This sparks her narcissistic fantasies, driven by the attention of an admirer who sends her lavish gifts. The film combines humor with a look at family relationships, featuring a cast that includes María Onetto, Mirta Busnelli, and Luis Luque.
