In Okey, Arkady Sinikhin, an unrecognized middle-aged artist, faces a series of unfortunate events on New Year's Eve after being expelled by his wife. His chance discovery of a stolen mobile phone leads him to uncover the location of a hidden stash belonging to thieves. This revelation propels him into a high-society party where he meets the art gallery owner Apollon Kostanakis.

The film takes a comedic turn as Arkady and his newfound friend, fueled by alcohol, plot to exploit the gangster’s stash by organizing an exhibition-sale of Arkady's paintings. However, their plans are threatened by the arrival of the bear-thief, who is determined to reclaim his money.
