Old Dad

The film follows Mr. Bretton, whose wife chooses to pursue an opera career, leading to their separation. Left to raise their daughter Daphne, he faces challenges when she is expelled from boarding school after an innocent encounter with a boy. In an attempt to change her circumstances, Daphne elopes with a rogue in the Adirondacks.

When Mr. Bretton learns that Daphne's husband is a bigamist, he steps in to have their marriage annulled. The film concludes with a reunion of Mr. Bretton and his wife, while Daphne finds love with Richard, the boy from school.
