Frankie Kelly, played by Frankie Darro, is not your typical soda jerk. He also dabbles in embryo science at Midvale's only drugstore. The small town is thrust into the spotlight when two murders and an attempted killing occur, leading to a chaotic search for $300,000 in stolen loot.

As Frankie and his friend Jefferson get involved in the case, they find themselves in a web of danger and deception. A wounded gangster offers a lead on the hidden money, but before he can reveal the full story, he is murdered. This sets off a chain of events that pulls the duo deeper into the mystery.
