The story follows Baxter, a young boy trained in Kung Fu at Master Huang's academy. After three years of intensive training, he is encouraged to enter the National Martial Arts Championships. However, his journey takes a dark turn when a mafia boss enlists evil fighters to aid in stealing an ancient painting, leading Baxter into a life-and-death contest against the forces of organized crime, including the men responsible for his parents' death.
