The film follows Frank Hopkins, a wealthy American MMA champion living in Honolulu. Despite his lavish lifestyle, Frank is discontent and constantly finds reasons to complain. When sent to Manila to promote MMA products, he faces unexpected challenges that lead to a dramatic shift in his life.

As Frank encounters a series of misfortunes, including being double-crossed and losing his wealth, he discovers a different side of life with the help of his bodyguard, Boy, and Boy's sister-in-law, Girly. The story highlights the contrast between Frank's previous life and the realities of living in a squatter area. Tension escalates when Frank's former business partner sends a team of American martial arts experts to capture him, adding to the film's action-packed narrative.
