Onihei Crime Files Special: Bandits

The story follows an old thief, Kuhei Sagiwara, who seeks shelter from the rain and inadvertently overhears a plot to kill Heizo Hasegawa, the chief of the arson and robbery police squad. This conspiracy involves three men, with Jingoro Amikiri as the notorious villain orchestrating the plan.
