Organized Crime Syndicate vs. Bureaucrats

The film follows Takachiho, played by Hitoshi Ozawa, who is a loan officer at the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy. After leaking information about an unlisted stock deal, he finds himself convicted of insider trading. This sets off a chain of events that leads to his powerful connections, including his vice-minister father-in-law and the Nakai-gumi, abandoning him as he faces imprisonment.

As Takachiho awaits his fate behind bars, he must navigate the treacherous waters of betrayal and possible escape. His only ally may be Oshiro, the young boss of the Nakai-gumi, but the question remains whether this alliance is genuine or a setup by the organization. The film explores themes of loyalty, power, and the consequences of deceit within a high-stakes environment.
