Ownerships

Vera and Lucas are a couple in their forties who stumble upon an unusual opportunity to purchase a large apartment at half the price through a "bare ownership" arrangement. The catch is that the elderly owner continues to live there until his death. What starts as a seemingly perfect deal quickly spirals into a darkly humorous obsession when the owner, Jesús, mysteriously disappears and returns altered, leading the couple to question their initial decision.
