Pathinonnil Vyazham

The film follows Appu, portrayed by Mukesh, who works at a five-star hotel in Palakkad. His life takes a turn when he saves Chandran Pillai, a millionaire from Ooty, from an accident. Following this event, Appu finds himself in a precarious situation as the threats directed at Chandran Pillai shift to him.

Desperate for work, Appu approaches Chandran Pillai for a job, but his initial pleas are met with refusal. However, when Appu resorts to blackmailing Chandran with a secret, the millionaire relents and hires him as a driver. The dynamics between Appu and Chandran's daughter, Meenakshi, played by Manya, add tension to the story as she repeatedly tries to get him dismissed from his role, much to her father's annoyance.
