Pesochnyy Dozhd

The film presents the story of Igor Zorin, a successful television presenter who is on the brink of marriage when tragedy strikes. His fiancée, Alice, dies in a car accident just before their wedding, plunging him into despair. In his darkest moments, he contemplates suicide, but is saved by his future mother-in-law, Irina.

Irina steps in as a guiding force in Igor's life, helping him navigate his grief. She proposes introducing him to another woman in hopes of rekindling his will to live. The narrative explores Igor's struggle to cope with loss and the unexpected connections that arise from his journey towards healing. With performances by Marina Mayko, Margarita Shubina, and Dmitriy Isaev, the film captures the emotional weight of its themes.
