Pink Moon

The film follows Mira and K, a queer couple whose relationship is strained as they live out of their van in the Chicago area. In a bid to escape their bleak circumstances, they devise a plan to execute a bank heist in the small town of Worden, Kansas. However, the challenges of carrying out the heist while navigating their crumbling relationship prove to be more difficult than anticipated.

As they adapt to life in a small town, Mira and K are forced to confront the underlying issues in their relationship. The emotional weight of their struggles adds depth to the narrative, making it a poignant exploration of love amid adversity. With performances from Blu del Barrio and Zeke Goodman, the film captures the tension between personal aspirations and the reality of their situation.
