Pitstop

The story follows Maggie, a thoughtful girl who feels invisible among her eight siblings as they travel in a worn-out Pontiac wagon. As the chaos of her family surrounds her, she finds solace in the world revealed through her snap-n-shoot camera, although she hesitates to capture the beauty she sees.

When the family stops at a gas station, Maggie's feelings of isolation deepen after they accidentally leave her behind. Here, she encounters June, the reclusive owner of the gas station, who becomes a pivotal influence in Maggie's journey to discover her own voice and identity.
